Corporate Wisit Tools Requirements

Thank you for considering Wisit Tools for your business.   Wisit Tools was designed specifically for you.   Wisit Tools has special requirements to create and use a corporate account.

First of all, you must have proof of a USA-based physical location.  Wisit Tools was created to make the USA more productive.  As of 2022, we do not offer licenses to companies outside of the USA.

Upon creating your account a copy of your business license, issued by your state must be sent to info@wisit360.com.   Once Wisit has validated your information, the license will be issued and an email will be returned to the sender with the results of validation.  Additional information may be required prior to creating your corporation account.

We only accept credit cards that have been issued in the USA.   And to utilize it,  the zip code must also be a USA zip code.

Licenses will be sold in groups of 20 only.    The cost will be initially 25% of the current individual selling price.    Yearly renewals will be sold at 60% off the current selling price of an individual license.  Anytime you increase your count, all new licenses will be sold initially at the new rate of 25% off the normal current single-user rate, and renewals a year later will be at the renewal cost of 60% off the individual selling price.

To reduce your license count after an increase over the base 20 counts you agree to an incurred cost of $100.00 for clerical fees per each 20 licenses reduction.   For instance,   you initially purchase the base amount of 20 licenses.    You then decide to increase to 80 once you see the ROI on the app.   Later you wish to reduce it to 40 licenses you agree to a one-time fee of  $200.00  to reduce it.

How are pricing and upgrades applied?

If your account is more than 31 days out of contract, renewal is at the current new contract price.  If you forget to pay your contract within 31 days,  it becomes a new account.   Don’t let your contract lapse.  You are responsible to log in and check your expiration date.  Wisit will not be responsible to remind you.  The App reports your expiration date is approaching in the last 20 days.  Paying your bill on time is simple using the app.  You can request auto payment by sending a request to info@wisit360.com.  Include your email, phone number, and company account name as well as the main user’s name.   We will contact you to set up autopay.

If you pay your account up in the period  31 days prior to expiring to 31 days after the expiration, all is good and update pricing is applied and the expiration date is pushed out for one more year.

Should you decide to increase your account to more licenses in the first 90 days of the account,   your upgrade price is applied to the remainder of the year at full price and your expiration date remains the same.

Should you decide to increase your account between the time 91 days into your account year up to the last 31 of your license period expiration date, you will be charged for the full year of new licenses, and your previously purchased licenses are prorated to a new license expiration date. The cost is applied to renew the prior licenses and your new upgrade license count determines your new expiration date on your account.
